I hope this post is not an inappropriate use of your forum, but I’m going to ask anyway. I’m currently seeking a second and third degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at Univ. of Tennessee in Chattanooga. I will be starting my Spring semester of junior level classes here in about a week, and the line up includes Automatic Control Systems which I’m very excited about. I have really enjoyed your propscope, viewport, and the DanceBot and thought you’d be a very great person to ask:
1. What are to most important fundamentals to know/study
2. Do you have some resources/textbooks that really helped you learn the material well
3. Any thoughts or guidance
Thanks so much for all your help so far… Happy New Year
Great to hear about your academic success! I’ve been out of school for a while so I’m not too current on textbooks. These days the internet is full of great simulations, videos, and tutorials that cover many subjects- including control systems. Try to stay ahead of the wave in your classes and enjoy the ride!
